Terms of Service

1. Services

ZynoSec provides offensive security services including penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, red team operations, and secure code review. All engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed prior to commencement.

2. Authorization

All testing activities are performed only with explicit written authorization from the asset owner. ZynoSec will never test systems without proper authorization and scope definition.

3. Confidentiality

All engagement findings, reports, and client data are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share, publish, or reference client engagements without explicit written consent. All team members operate under binding NDAs.

4. Deliverables

Engagement deliverables typically include an executive summary, detailed technical findings, risk ratings, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and remediation guidance. Specific deliverables are defined in the SOW.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to minimize disruption during testing, penetration testing inherently involves some risk. Liability terms are defined in the engagement SOW. ZynoSec maintains professional liability insurance.

7. Intellectual Property
